​Jane Nielsen is Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer. She leads Ralph Lauren’s global finance, business development and real estate organizations and drives the Company’s financial strategy to deliver sustainable profitable growth. She is also responsible for the global functions of internal audit, investor relations, procurement, IT and global logistics. She serves on the Board of Directors of Mondelez International Inc. Jane joined the Company in 2016.
