Darren Walker has been a director of the Company since July 2020. Mr. Walker has served since 2013 as president of the Ford Foundation (“Ford”), one of the world’s largest foundations with an endowment of $16 billion. He is also the co-founder and chair of the US Impact Investing Alliance, and serves as a member of the board of directors of PepsiCo, Inc., a public company, Bloomberg LP, Carnegie Hall, National Gallery of Art, Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts, Friends of the High Line, and Friends of Art & Preservation in Embassies. Before joining Ford, Mr. Walker was vice president at the Rockefeller Foundation, overseeing global and domestic programs, and COO of the Abyssinian Development Corporation—Harlem’s largest community development organization. Earlier, he had a decade-long career in finance at UBS and with the law firm Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton.
