Mr. Joly has been a director of the Company since June 2009 and currently serves as the Lead Independent Director of the Board. He is the former Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Best Buy Co., Inc. where he served from 2012 to 2020. In addition, Mr. Joly is currently a member of the Board of Directors of Johnson & Johnson, a public company, a senior lecturer at Harvard Business School, and a member of the board of trustees of the Minneapolis Institute of Art and the New York Public Library. Previously, he served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Carlson from 2008 to 2012, after he joined Carlson in 2004 as President and Chief Executive Officer of Carlson Wagonlit Travel. He also previously served as Executive Vice President, American Assets at Vivendi Universal from 2002 to 2004 and in various other positions at Vivendi Universal since 1999. He previously served on the boards of Carlson, The Rezidor Hotel Group, Carlson Wagonlit Travel, and the World Travel and Tourism Council.
