Avery Fischer is Chief Legal Officer and Secretary. He leads the Company’s global legal organization and is responsible for the Company’s legal strategy, practices and policies. He serves as a senior advisor to the Company’s Board of Directors and leadership team on all complex global legal issues and business interests. He also oversees the global functions of risk management and international trade. Avery joined the Company in 2009.
