Polo Ralph Lauren Announces Management Changes at Club Monaco

NEW YORK, Aug. 21 /PRNewswire/ -- Polo Ralph Lauren Corporation (NYSE: RL) today announced management changes at Club Monaco, the Canadian-based retailer Polo acquired in April 1999. Joseph Mimran, chairman, president and chief executive officer, and Sol Nayman, executive vice president and chief operating officer of Club Monaco have left the company. Roger Farah, president and chief operating officer of Polo Ralph Lauren, will continue to supervise operations at Club Monaco.
