Frederic Dechnik is Chief Fashion Director. He is responsible for driving the distinct sensibilities of the Collection and Lauren brands – collaborating with our design teams and beyond. He alsoleads design for Fragrance, Eyewear and Watches & Jewelry. Frederic joined the Company in 2015.
